How do I set up my profile?
Log into the virtual event platform, click the box with your initials on the top right menu, and select 'Edit Profile'.
 
I can't remember my password
Click the 'Forgot Your Password?' button on the login page to be emailed with instructions on how to reset it.

Will I need to download specific software or an App?
Google Chrome is the recommended browser. If you typically use another browser such as Microsoft Edge or Safari, we highly recommend that you download Google Chrome prior to the event.

What device should I use to watch?
We strongly advise that you participate via your desktop or laptop computer/mac that has good speakers. Mobile devices are supported but the best experience will be through the desktop or laptop computer/mac.

Do I need a microphone or camera to participate?
No. Interaction is via the chat and question functions.

How do I watch the live stream?
Click 'Watch Live'  button located on the top menu bar.

 

How do I submit a question to the speaker during a session?
On the Watch Live page there will be a QR code you can scan with your mobile device to submit a question.

Who qualifies for VicWater Member rates?
VicWater Members include all staff and board directors from the 18 Victorian water authorities and Associate Members - please contact us if you require further details.
Parking and accommodation is not included in ticket pricing.

Is parking and accommodation included with in-person tickets?
No, parking and accommodation are not included with in-person tickets.

Will dietary requirements be accommodated for those attending in-person?
While VicWater and the venue will try our best to accommodate special dietary requirements, we can only accommodate requests if notified prior to the event.

Participation Privacy
This event will be recorded and available to watch on replay. Participants participating in Q&A and/or workshops understand and agree that any comments or activities including photography, film, quotes, and/or recordings during this event may be used in VicWater publications and promotional materials.

When will the Replay be available?
The Replay recordings will be available in the week following the event. More details will be provided to all delegates attending.
